This corner restaurant across from the Old Market is rated 3-star as a bar for its atmosphere and many special-price drinks.

Their food is rated 2-star, because the cook does not seem to use spices well enough to create tasty dishes. For example, their fried chicken breast with a brown sauce and some friend rice is priced at $4.50. However, the brown sauce is spiced with too much paprika, so is the fried rice. Shadow of Angkor has a similar dish called "Mexicana" that is $5.50 but it is so much more delicious. We have noticed that almost all the dishes we have had over a year or so needs a little more salt, a little more chili pepper, or requires less paprika.

Because a dish we have may need Tabasco or salt, for example, our waiter almost always brings those spices requested rather than a tray of all spices, which is found at a table near the bar. This is very annoying because we may need more than one or two items because the food is not tasty enough.

Sometimes, they have very tasty tacos, however.
