Le Tigre de Papier***

We find that this restaurant greatly depends for its efficiency upon the presence of a French owner. Whenever he is around, the service is quite good, but the minute he disappears the serving persons take too much time getting our food on our table. As far as food is concerned, however, it is generally very good, as many customers seem to enjoy it, where it is Khmer or western.

Incidentally, this restaurant offers the "happy hour" from 4 PM to 6 PM when you buy one draft beer and get another free.
