Restaurant @ the Villa****/***

This little patio restaurant, which is attached to the Villa Hotel Siem Reap, has a first-rate breakfast menu. Try their cheese omelet and a tea or coffee which comes in a large pot. We consider this place to be one of the very few best breakfast eateries in town. As far as breakfast offerings are concerned, this is a four-star restaurant.

However, the lunch and dinner menu is quite limited, although their dishes are quite tasty and reasonably priced.

Twice a week they offer a BBQ buffet dinner that is very good, especially their sausages and kebabs as well as a wide range of salads. We think the price of $6.00 per person is a good deal.

So we have awarded 4 stars to their breakfast and BBQ dinner.

Because this is an Australian-run hotel, everything works well, except that most servers say "Yeah" after taking an order. We prefer to hear them say "Thank you" like those at other fine restaurants.

このガーデンレストランはヴィラホテル・シエムリアップ内にあり、ここの朝食は非常にすばらしいです。例えば、チーズオムレツはチーズがいっぱい入っていて、コーヒーや紅茶は大きな容器で出され十分楽しめます。

しかし、昼食と夕食は安くて味はいいのですが種類が限られていて、四つ星のレストランと比べると多少落ちるかと思われます。

このレストランは週に二晩バーバーキューの食べ放題の食事が楽しめます。一人六ドルで、鶏肉、豚肉、ソーセージ、ハンバーガーなどの肉が食べられ、また、サラダは西洋風とクメール風とあり、しかも、肉もサラダも大変美味しいです。

総合的にいえば、オーストラリア人所有するこのホテルのレストランの朝食とこの食べ放題の夕食は四つ星と評価されるほど素晴らしいです。
