Ly Ly Restaurant***

This local restaurant is very interesting in that although it has an English menu, its customers are almost 100 per cent Cambodians. They offer very tasty fried noodles, fried rice, and noodle soups for a price of $2.00 or less and it is interesting to watch locals enjoying their meals. Some servers speak very good English, and the management is friendly. Though it is fairly far from the Old Market, if you happen to be near the Angkor market or the new Lucky Supermarket, you may have a very inexpensive culinary experience.

It is important to point out that although most Cambodian eateries for local residents are quite dirty because the Cambodian customers tend to throw napkins and other things on the floor, this restaurant has lots of waste baskets to keep the floor clean.

It is indeed nice to be greeted by the smiling lady owner and one of the English-speaking waiters.
