This restaurant at La Noria hotel serves French and Khmer dishes, most of which are quite tasty, though the prices are somewhat high, compared to those on the Pub Street where more competition appears to have driven prices down. The only difficulty is that it is far away from the Old Market area (a tuk-tuk driver would charge you at least $1.50 from the Old Market area), and unless you happen to be near the hotel, you would be better off eating at Le Tigre de Papier or Red Piano.
