このこじんまりした中華料理店は一皿１ドルから始まる、非常に美味しい料理をだします。中国系の経営者は店にやってくる一人一人が満足するように細かいとことまで気をくっばっています。この店には、小さいながらも生簀があり、いろいろの種類の魚やうなぎが置いてあります。生きたうなぎを切ってにんにくとピーマンと土手焼きにした一品は大変美味しいです。

また、ビールは中華料理によく合いますが、この店では中国の青島ビールの大瓶を一ドルで出しています。正直言って、アンコールビールより料理には合うのではないですか。

ここの料理が美味しくて、しかも店の感じが決して悪くないもうひとつの証拠は日本人や中国人のビジネスマンが多くきて、接待をしているという点です。
